1. We can guarantee the quality of the pet products we sell and make sure that you and your pet are happy is our first priority. If your pet (or you) is not 100% satisfied with your purchase within 30 days, then return it for a credit or refund.
● The product you are requesting the refund/return must be in resellable conditions to be eligible.
● If you’re not satisfied with your dog products or cat products, please return the item(s) for a store credit or full refund for the cost of the item(s).
● You’ll have 30 days from the time of purchase from Petbemo.com.
2. Once the returned item is received we will refund you the cost of the item, excluding any shipping costs. In order to process the return, please read through "How to Return an Item." To better serve you in the future, please let us know why you are returning the item.
